Thank you for supporting our 3D printing shop. Each item is made with care using high-quality materials and custom production processes.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes all custom and made-to-order 3D printed items.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Important Notes

• Minor imperfections may occur due to the 3D printing process. These are normal and not considered defects.
• Colors may vary slightly depending on material and screen display.
• Please double-check product details, sizing, and customization before placing your order.
